RauzIT provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and related technology services. Specific service scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work between RauzIT and the client, which takes precedence over these general Terms where the two conflict.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rauzit LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
5. Service Availability
While we aim for a strong uptime standard across the systems we manage, we do not guarantee that the Site or any service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RauzIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or general inquiries submitted through it. Liability related to contracted services is governed by the applicable service agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites.
