RauzIT was founded in Chicago by a small team of infrastructure and security engineers who kept hearing the same complaint from local business owners: their IT provider was slow to respond, hard to reach, and quick to bill for things that should have been included.
We built RauzIT to be the opposite of that. Every client gets a team that knows their setup, answers the phone, and treats uptime and security like the business-critical issues they are — not line items.
Today we support businesses across the Chicago area and, remotely, across the United States, covering everything from day-to-day help desk support to full infrastructure builds, cloud migrations, and compliance-driven security programs.
